Dr Bried replaced both my knees at the Poway Surgery Center. A wonderful experience both surgeries. Caring, professional staff. Absolutely beats being in the hospital. So much less stress. I'm grateful to Dr Bried and his team.
I had to have Right Shoulder (Rotator Cuff, Bicep Tendon, Labrum) surgery on December 14, 2018, Right Elbow (Bersa Sack) on January 18, 2019, and then Left Knee (Ruptured Patellar Tendon) on June 14, 2019 all of which was done by Dr. Brad Cohen. Everyone in this facility treated me like a king each and every time I was admitted. Dr. Cohen did an excellent job on all surgeries. The facility was clean, prepared, and professional. I would easily recommend them to anyone requiring Out Patient Surgery. Keep up the excellent work.
Dr. Bried and the surgical center staff were amazing. My surgery was a smooth process and everyone was very professional.
Dr Cohen is awesome and the staff were all wonderful.

The docs both get 5 stars; the majority of the nurses do as well. Four HUGE reasons for the 1star: 1) NO DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN OUT. 1 of the nurses had written, “D/C given to patient’s family member prior to D/C”. Absolutely not true. My daughter dropped me off, my doc called her after the surgery, and told her I’d be ready to go at 9:30. She was at the pickup site, and never received a call from the PACU. After waiting an hour, she finally came inside, and was told I was ready to go. 2) PHONES AT PACU DESK NOT WORKING PROPERLY. They DID try to call her several times; the phone was never answered. I had them try my grandson and my son. No missed calls/voice mails for any of them. I wasn’t the only one. The gentleman beside me who had been waiting a long time as well finally called his wife. I heard her say plainly that she never received a call. 3) HIPPA VIOLATION. On 1 of the “calls” to my daughter, my discharge instructions were left on the voice mail. Inappropriate. 4) NO FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL. My daughter spoke at length to the manager of the PACU that same day. She apologized, said she would call IT, and call me the following day. Didn’t happen. I was told by the nurses that I would be called the following day to see how I was doing. Didn’t happen. And there’s so much more…..
